Memorable in a positive way.

Liked: We could not get the temperature above 70 in the room and had to use the extra blankets. The nightly turndown service was very niceTyler, our gentleman who helped us to the room with our luggage, was super nice and accommodating. Didn't catch the name of our early morning luggage person, but he told us it was his first time because you were shorthanded. He too was fantastic.

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: This hotel has extraordinary service in an excellent location in a beautiful Beaux Arts building. The rooms are spacious and comfortable..
Disliked: It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s the nicest hotel in Nashville.
