Liked: Overall, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were very attentive. The Sunday bar staff, unfortunately, were very slow, albeit a lot of teenagers and some in training it took 14 minutes to get to americanos.The food was excellent, the breakfast plate came out extremely hot, which was not very pleasant to touch without a warning. Staff member should have given some notice to us.Very well equipped gym, unlike most other hotels.
Disliked: Unfortunately due to weather conditions, we were unable to check in for several hours which meant we did not have use of our room until 5pm.We did get a complimentary late check out however we had a staff member knocking on our door 5 mins pre check out time to ask us are we checking out
