Disliked: Bedroom was classic king, curtains were hanging off runner, bath was chipped, shower leaked, light bulbs were out, not much choice in restaurant, had cod no tartar sauce available, staff not cleaning tables, stairs carpets thread bear, hotel very dated

Liked: Very friendly and warm welcome. The room had everything needed for a good night's sleep after a very busy and stressful day moving.

Liked: Downstairs function room and reception was decorated lovely, but that’s it
Disliked: Rooms were not very clean, bed linen all creased didn’t look clean, room was really shabby, fraying carpet, in desperate need of decorating

Family reunion

Liked: Was here for a family reunion. Couldn't fault a thing. The room was spotless, the staff were attentive! We couldn't have asked for more.
