The experience and staff were excellent. I would recommend my friends to stay there if they are in the area.

Disliked: I thought unusual to charge me a 100 dollars on my credit card as I had prepaid my stay at your hotel.

Liked: I love the restaurant downstairs I like the smell in the air I love all the art of what the fireplaces and the hot tub was very nice
Disliked: I couldn't find a menu in the bedroom for room service but everything else was great

Great bathrooms, very clean and...

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms go down into the 'great' experience level. New, clean and my wife really liked them too.
Disliked: Front desk was short and unhelpful. I sent a message earlier asking for adjoining or close by rooms and received a message back saying they would be able to accommodate (as we are a family with 2 kids). Check in person said they were not able to accommodate and that they could only get us on the same floor. The place was not busy at all so was very disappointed. Restaurant was also disappointing, food ok but better off going elsewhere

Holiday weekend stay

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly, hotel location was good. Beautiful decor and vibe in the hotel,very classy
Disliked: We did not have a good experience with the TV in the room. Netflix kept exiting by itself and it was frustrating.The lighting was too dim. We would have liked to have more lighting in the room. The heating system was not working as expected. Sometimes need to put temperature to very high in order to make the room just slightly warmer.
