Disliked: It would be so nice to have ice ect at the hotel. We had to go across the street to get things

great location, clean and comfy

Disliked: bathroom radiator didn't work and the water and sewage pipes weren't soundproofed, so we could hear it flowing in our room.

Liked: Beautiful decor & perfect location. Unbelievably quiet in the evenings & a great breakfast.
Disliked: Only thing I can say is that there was confusion as to whether breakfast was or was not included and what was included, but all sorted.

Disliked: Very Central Location and quiet despite being in the centre of Covent Garden.Lovely bar area and Restaurant Henri Food and cocktails delicious.

Fabulous

Liked: The staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly, kind and even walked us to our taxi on the end road. Clementine was the best. The restaurant staff were great also explaining the menu’s different dishes.
Disliked: Nothing
