Disliked: We could hear the church bells at night, due to the location of our room.

Lovely Staff, but not enough.

Liked: The room was a bit too small but well decorated and clean.
Disliked: The bathroom has no heater which was a problem. But my biggest problem was the noise coming from the windows, because of Convent Garten Crowds. Also, when people go to the toilette and flushed, it was very loud and other noises would start out of nothing. Very loud, annoying and unpleasant.Also, so difficult to find the hotel.

Excellent Covent Garden Gem

Liked: Excellent location very near Covent Garden. Nicely decorated room, comfortable & spacious bed. Lovely bathroom with shower and quality products. Thoughtful extra touches: dab radio, fresh biscuits, fresh milk & a small bottle of wine for our celebration. Polite & friendly staff.
