Lovely small, high quality hotel...

Liked: This is a lovely little hotel right in the heart of Covent Garden. In many ways you wouldn't know it is there at all. The staff were so very friendly and welcoming, and the room was super clean and very comfortable. I didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but the food at lunchtime was great. Definitely recommended as a base for roaming Central London. Please note this is not a hotel to visit if having a car nearby is important. Henrietta Street is pedestrianised for most of the day and there is no nearby on street parking. The best place to park nearby is Q-Park Chinatown, which is a 10 minute walk away. Leave the car at home!

Liked: Room was nicely appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were a really good size.Henrietta Street was a great central location for our planned activities.
Disliked: Signage for the Hotel's entrance and reception - we thought the hotel entrance quite hard to find.

Great location for a day...

Liked: Great location for Covent Garden and surrounds. Easy check in process and friendly staff. Modern faculties and feel to the room, clean and tidy.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: the area around the hotel is very convenient - lots going on with theater near by and restaurantsThe room was cozy enough although small but we expected that.
Disliked: The security for the hotel is non-existent. There is often nobody at the front desk and the keys to the rooms are easily accessibly for anyone coming in off the street or into the restaurant.We had to change rooms the first night since the heat did not function and the plumbing was inadequate. We only found out when leaving that we were given a compensation for the convenience.The lighting in the room is dreadful - difficult to function properly especially when you are in bed.No common area available for occupants.
