Best hotel for first time...

Liked: Great location- steps away from Covent Garden Square. Attention to detail with beautiful interior design, they had turn down service, fluffy bathrobes and slippers! We had excellent service.
Disliked: Tiny elevators, but not really a problem.

Very comfortable

Liked: Beautiful room and very clean. Comfortable bed with lovely sheets and pillows.
Disliked: Waited some time for anyone to come to reception when we were checking in and again when we came back to collect our key to the room.

Liked: Nice bed and shower
Disliked: No one on reception when we arrived and waited ten minutes outside. When someone did turn up no apology or acknowledgement of this. This hotel offers medium sized rooms in London. There are better and cheaper ones to be sourced won't book again.

Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location, very easy walking distance to dining, shopping, buses and train. The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
