Set in its own grounds this beautifully restored 18th-century lodge offers a rustic pub with seasonally inspired food and cask ales. Convenient for the M6 Toll and M42 motorways it is half an hour's drive from Birmingham. All rooms at The Hedgehog by Innkeeper's Collection are fitted with a work desk and an private bathroom including free toiletries. Some boast original features and four-poster beds. Liked: Love the Hedgehog for convenience to Lichfield and comfy, big rooms. Lovely grounds to sit and enjoy a coffee in the spring sunshine & lots of free parking

A comfortable, very pleasant stay...

Liked: Our room was beautiful and really comfortable. The staff were really helpful and our breakfast was absolutely delicious (eggs benedict and braised beef hash - they were both fabulous). We have already booked to come back
