Great hotel. Excellent location.

Liked: The hotel staff was friendly. The room was comfortable with nice amenities: NESPRESSO coffee, little frig, glasses, water carafe, wine opener. Great in-out car park privileges - very convenient. Excellent location as Kirkland is such a cute city. Just blocks from the shoreline.
Disliked: The restaurant appeared very disorganized. Staff was not trained, guests sent food back, we waited for a breakfast item and the server had left the restaurant so no one was ‘on duty’. We chose not to dine there beyond a quick breakfast take out but sat often on the patio and witnessed challenges from other guests.

It was a pleasant stay....

Liked: The room is spacious, clean and modern. All the amenities also good. What I love the most is the location. It’s near the park, bakery, Qfc for quick grocery, bus stop, restaurant and pier with a beautiful view. I stayed for a week there and felt so comfortable because I really can got what I need since everything’s nearby!
Disliked: None. Everything’s perfect!

Liked: We ordered a poached egg each. But then we were each charged $10 for a piece of toast. Ridiculous.
Disliked: The heating system in the room was noisy, as was the cooling system in the refrigerator. We finally turned everything off and opened the door for ventalation.
