Okay

Liked: We ordered a poached egg each. But then we were each charged $10 for a piece of toast. Ridiculous.
Disliked: The heating system in the room was noisy, as was the cooling system in the refrigerator. We finally turned everything off and opened the door for ventalation.

We were very pleased with...

Liked: Greetings from the front desk staff and follow up on an item I left. Our room was very inviting and restful.
Disliked: The HVAC was challenging to set comfortable temperature.
