Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very nice plus bits unavailable and taking ages to be brought out so gave up and just finished what I had then went to buy a breakfast on way home.

A great hotel and I...

Liked: Warm, comfortable, clean room. Lovely bar area serving good food. Convenient, free parking. Great staff who were all very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The spa changing area was very poor. Blocked drain, mouldy, cold, very unpleasant

Birthday weekend

Liked: On arrival the reception ladys where very polite and helpful, gave us all the info we needed. Food was lovely,service was quick.Staff in dinning room where polite and would help with anything you needed, nothing seemed to much for them.The bar staff where friendly and service was great, fantastic cocktails 🍸. Room was clean, comfortable and had almost all you need. Other than a small fridge.The hydro pools where lovely, could of stayed in there all day.Thank you for our lovely stay.we will be back again.
Disliked: There was nothing to not like. Just Needed a small fridge in room.

Perfect 3 night stay.

Liked: Everything was superb as it always is here. Staff are brilliant, special thanks to Karolina on reception and Charlize on the bar, not to mention Katie and Owen (Ops manager) Restaurant staff are also brilliant and very helpful. You can enjoy your drinks either in the huge bar area or outside on the lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Food is amazing which again you can eat in the restaurant or the bar area. Breakfast is buffet style and extremely good. My room was a single and everything worked. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I write many reviews and I always try to keep them accurate. A score of 10 is very rare from me, I can usually find a niggle somewhere, as in dead I have here before. But, on this occasion a score of10 is well deserved.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
