Comfortable relaxing stay
Liked: The buffet breakfast is excellent, all the standard cooked items, cereal, yoghurt etc.Didn't have evening meals as still full of breakfast!Didn't try the spa as didn't have swimwear with me.I was allocated a lower floor double room, there's a lift or stairs at the other end of the corridor.The "view" was of the grass bank at the front of the hotel but I wasn't looking for a room with a view anyway,The room was perfectly acceptable, comfortable bed, clean with TV, kettle, tea coffee etc.Bathroom was fine , well lit but the cold tap for the bath shower mixer was either off or fully on so achieving a "not just hot "shower was tricky!The staff are very welcoming and friendly,There's a comfortable bar/eating area as well as a separate dining room,So all in all a very pleasant 3 night stay for someone who usually stays in Travelodges!

Not best won’t be coming...
Liked: Location was good but very restricted with dogs in bar area only and breakfast we were pushed into bar area
Disliked: Chamber made was rude and and very high prices for drinks and food in place

Great location with fantastic rooms...
Liked: Spacious and clean rooms. We were lucky to have sea views, which were spectacular.
Disliked: Car parking is very limited considering that this is quite a big hotel.

Amazing service. Second to none....
Liked: My stay at this hotel was near perfect. I came to stay on my own to get away, and I was hugely impressed with the hospitality. I have been to 5* hotels with poor service and considering this is a 3* the service you receive is just impeccable.
Disliked: The bedrooms are dated and could do with a modern touch. The walls of the bathroom and the spa were peeling and had a grubby feel to it which is a shame as the spa would have a luxury feel if it were cleaner and re decorated. The sauna needs lighting as it is too dark - I wouldn’t have gone in there if there was someone else in there.
