Average at best

Liked: Location was great, the views were really nice and the breakfast was lovely!
Disliked: Parking is an absolute nightmare not enough spaces for guests we had to park our car half way down the road and walk to the hotel and we went at off peak times, food and drinks were really expensive, we both got woken up by leaf blowers and lawnmowers one morning. Steam room had no steam and the sauna wasn’t particularly warm. My partner got laughed at by a member of staff for asking if they had any local Devon beers at the bar.

Good value,good location,great treatment room.

Liked: The room was large, comfy, and had a lovely sea view.We loved the treatment room and Sarah the therapist was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and nice.
Disliked: The meal in the Romanov restaurant was pretty poor, all 3 courses rushed out in less than 45 minutes. It had obviously been pre-cooked and warmed up.No atmosphere in the restaurant and the young waitress kept calling us 'love'. We could hear the entertainment each evening in our room, and people regularly plonked tunelessly on the piano a few feet from our room which was annoying.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to pay extra to use the spa because we booked through booking.com ..The spa was very poor and dirty. bits falling off the jacuzzi and floating around the pool and half of the buttons to use the hydropole didn't work .Used dirty plasters left on the side of the pool and changing room full of other people's hair.
