Great for a few days...

Liked: It was. A great 3 star hotel with decent breakfast however I’m lactose and had no alternate milk options for my coffee this would be great add on .
Disliked: Lobby could have been a bit warmer and you can hear next door neighbors a bit as well as the wal unit heater goes on and off with large noise .

Liked: Looks like we got what we paid for!
Disliked: When we stayed there in October, the nice lady at Desk helped us park around at side because we had a scooter carrier attached at rear and hard to park and use. This time they insisted we use Vallee and pay the $40+ , so our vehicle ended up on 2d floor and we had trouble getting all our suff to room, Room hard to get around with our buggie/scooter. Shower water had no pressure and almost never got hot. The sink was same way. I think that was a problem back in October. Will NOT be back! Was not very helpful to handicapped person!

One word.....substandard

Liked: Nothing stood out that made me think this is a place I would stay at again.
Disliked: The parking was a rip-off. Plenty of self parking in the garage but to use it i had to pay $42 for valet. This makes me never want to stay there again nor will I recommend it to friends and family and I will state this in Google review. Also this is sprung on you as you check in. No where did I find this on line or on the website.

Great hotel with a hidden...

Liked: It was a nice and quiet property right in the heart of Nashville.
Disliked: They don’t advertise the $42 a night Valet only parking.
