Noisy, dirty, poorly staffed and...

Disliked: Welcome was poor, weren’t shown up to our room fully, weren’t told about wifi or anything, decor was shabby , carpets were minging in communal areas, bar area was a joke , no soft drinks on tap, only bottles that were piled on the floor , not refrigerated and warm, bar floor was dirty in bar area and behind the bar, tables weren’t cleaned or cleared, tons of dirty glasses piled on the bar , waited ages for food and it was disgusting, the place needs a deep clean , better staffing , the draft thing sorted out for soft drinks , room was warm , pub was noisy till gone midnight and then kitchen staff or other staff had me up about 6 the next morning , mattress very soft, coffee in the room was horrible , not enough choice or sugar, fresh milk would be better that yucky long life, sanitary bag holder was empty , no toilet roll in ladies toilets , and a lady in the bar with an Airedale dog let it eat from her plate and then put the plate back on her table , it’s disgusting, very disappointing

Liked: Good location for my business in Andover. Nice rooms at the rear of the building in a lovely quiet village.
Disliked: In room 2 the fan in the kitchen below was intrusive and was on until 11.00 and night and from 6.30 in the morning. The heating was not on in the room.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the staff are very helpful
Disliked: Needed blackout curtains in the room. WiFi was intermittent

Liked: Made to feel really welcome by staff. Great people. Loved it will visit again.
Disliked: Some music was a little noisy below the room in the corner above the rear staff area. Will visit again though.

Disliked: Too noisy, children out of control, running around the pub, tried to sleep but still outside the pub at 10.15, too noisy.Given wrong room, paid extra, no apology.
