Disliked: I could not hear the instructions for keypad numbers. Although there were instructions left at front desk, I had some trouble entering front door as the recorded message was a little garbled. It would have been nice if the instructions were emailed as I was later than the stated check in time so there was a bit of stress related to getting in to the hostel.I had requested for more info about ev charging but only received confirmation that could be accommodated.Now I know it is an outdoor plug beside the entrance/motorcycle parking.

Liked: We've stayed here twice passing through Thunder Bay and both times have been so lovely. This place is so well cared for and the owners/staff put in so much effort to make you feel welcome, even for a one night stay. Super clean, great facilities, perfect walkable location. Makes us want to come back to TBay for an actual vacation one day!
