Liked: Great value - very comfy beds, great breakfest, cleanliness, lot of small details.
Disliked: Not in real center center BUT for me not negative at all, because streets near Hotel were quiet. Wien public transport is great so you can use D tram [100m from hotel] to almost everywhere in city. Dont be scared.

A Great stay at The...

Liked: The staff at the Harmonie were all very kind and welcoming in particular the reception staff nothing was too much trouble. Our room was so clean and comfortable with everything to hand. The buffet breakfast had the biggest choice of food i have ever seen and was wonderful.The location of the hotel was ideal for us. A 20min walk to the city or catch a tram a 2min walk from the hotel.Als a good choice of restaurants were in the vicinity.
Disliked: There were no dislikes.

I stayed for work but...

Liked: The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The room was beautifully clean, a very comfortable bed with nice linen, and a lovely powerful shower.
Disliked: The hotel provides complimentary tea and cake at 5pm which is a lovely treat. I don't drink tea so it would have been nice if coffee was provided as well.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly, welcoming, and actually naturally (not fake niceness) wanted to help you, which is rare to find these days. Also, the room was very beautiful, quiet and you could open the window.
Disliked: The bathtub was not as functional because it was a designer bathtub, which was a bit more narrow at the bottom so standing was not so pleasant. The shower was also mounted on the wrong wall, so when it was on, it would spray water onto the floor but these are just finesses.
