Good hotel with easy access...

Liked: Room and bathroom spotless and everything working.Breakfast was good, choice of fruit , cereals , pastries ,juices ,hot and cold buffet style so able to chose what to eat and drink.Nice spaced out restaurant and very clean.

Disliked: On booking it said adults only, was woken up at 7am with a screaming child going past the room, parents weren’t even telling them to be quiet as it was earlyBed was like sleeping on a concrete slabSeemed like a lot of homeless/undesirable people were being put up in there, didn’t feel very safe

Clean but poor customer service

Disliked: The person on the desk that night and then morning has poor customer service skills. He did not greet me at all, he actually waited for me to say hello and good morning as he was just looking at me, he was mumbling when giving me my key, it was just a poor service for front of house.

PHOTOCOPY COMPLAINT

Disliked: On arrival had produced details of booking... its late im very very tired an i need rest.Recption man did not reconise my booking. Demands to PHOTOCOPY my Drivinglicence.I strongly resent this! I did not comply where he could not show its a condition...We enter into a conflict!Embrassing me at front desks where other guest getting involved.A kitchen staff then tried to defuse the situation...I listen to him! Seems he talked me into complying...Supplied consent to copy my detail of dvla.
