Disappointing

Liked: Parking was available and enough space.
Disliked: Room was very basic not even a bottle of water in it. Only one socket for plugs. As standard there should be more. The breakfast time was crazy and not enough selection of food.

Disliked: Arrived to be informed that the bar and restaurant where closed for Christmas. The room might as well have been on the duel carriage way as the noise from traffic was horrendous.We asked the staff where the nearest pub selling food could be located and was told they did,nt know as they are not from round Harlow

Disliked: Heating hard to understand when sorted wasn't very warm at all No Fan in bathroom wasn't working Slight chill from window and some outside traffic noise

Liked: The accommodation was fairly good for our needs. The room will had was too far from reception, down three corridors. Pass card was faulty on arrival, unable to gain entry for some time. Was told battery was low on pob.

Disappointed stay

Liked: The location for visiting family.
Disliked: I was not informed before arrival that the restaurant would not be open over Christmas period except for breakfast. Also the bar was not open. When we went to the room the window was open and no heating on.Managed to sort some heating but room remained chilled.First morning at breakfast very limited selection, the cooked was lukewarm.On returning to room after visiting family, again window was open and no heating on, This time could not get heating to work, reported to reception was offered change of room or eclectic heater, we accepted electric heater.Second morning breakfast again poor selection and no gluten option, cooked selection was again lukewarm.It was not value for money with the bar and restaurant not available. Will not be returning.
