Quirky, comfortable, convenient

Liked: We stayed in room 101, the king suite on the first floor. Great space, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, free parking just a block off Bathhouse Row. Once we parked at the hotel, we didn't need our car. Two mini-split HVAC units ensured comfort in each of the two rooms. It was even warm enough (on a cold December weekend) to sit outside on our little patio when we arrived. Seemed to be very dog-friendly.
Disliked: Being on the ground floor and closest to the street, there was some noise from the road and from upstairs guests, but not enough to be an issue. Otherwise, it was a really nice place to stay.

Gonna be our go to...

Liked: I’ve stayed here several times now. It is like having your own apartment in Hot Springs. Close to everything and quiet, comfortable when you get back at the end of the day.
Disliked: Not a thing. Very user friendly and you have everything you need. We all had our pups and this place was great for accommodating the pack!!!!

Perfect place for an affordable,...

Liked: It was close enough to walk to all of the major attractions in Hot Springs and the price was definitely affordable. The room was more than we expected and it was far enough off the main drag to have a quiet feel.
Disliked: The only complaints we had were that the shower was dark (the bathroom itself had ok lighting except for the shower) and that the light on the ac/heat unit was so bright that it lit up the room at night (there might be a setting to dim it but we couldn't find it!) but they were such minor complaints that it didn't detract from our rating.
