I won't be booking into...

Liked: Location was convenient.The view from our bedroom window was lovely, looking over the river.
Disliked: Our room was cold and took a while to warm up. The hotel was tired and in need of an upgrade. There was no food on the night we stayed.I have had better breakfasts it was ok.

Exceptional

Lovely staff and hotel but...

Liked: Staff were fantastic, absolutely lovely, great breakfast.However unfortunately on Saturday night, there was a live band on until just before midnight. Not ideal when have a room with 2 kids and trying to get to sleep well before then. By the time we realised we could hear everything, we were already in our pyjamas. There should have been some consideration on checkin that we were a family and will be able to hear the live band all night.

Good location needs serious refurb

Disliked: Musty room, out of date hotel, mattress was awful. Band playing underneath our room until 11.30, people outside our room on street shouting, drinking and smoking until after midnight. Breakfast average
