If you’re getting a suite...

Liked: The location was great and the front desk staff were nice and very helpful
Disliked: The quality of the rooms did not match the price, the breakfast service was mediocre and the valet was very slow.

It’s a great location but...

Liked: Great location, very clean
Disliked: I asked for some ice & was told that someone would bring it to the room and they never did. Someone was blasting music until around 2am & the staff did not address it and I have billing issues to take up with the hotel. I travel regularly and this is not what I expect from a hotel that I paid over $300 a night for.

I feel the hotel experience...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and decor was nice.
Disliked: Needed better toilet paper and better hotel quality towels. It appeared that the towels had been there too long. The front desk staff seemed lack luster and not engaged.

It was fine

Liked: We loved it was close to all the fun restaurants and bars. We also loved how close it was to Amaris Bank amphitheater. The room was also very pretty and the staff was nice
Disliked: It was VERY loud outside. You could hear everything happening which to me made this hotel not worth the price. The beds are also very hard and didn’t feel luxurious like it should be for the price. Finally when asked if we had to use their parking and they told us no and gave us other options, they still charged us for parking and wouldn’t wave it. That should have definitely been explained better when they gave us other options.

Liked: The location and price were good
Disliked: When we arrived, there was no valet available. We waited a while before we saw a valet. It took unusually long to be checked in by the front desk attendant. When we finally got our vehicle picked up and checked into our room we went upstairs to find the air conditioning broken in our room. we had to be moved to a different room.
