Brilliant stay

Liked: Staff were really friendly. Beautiful hotel very clean and modern. Would highly recommend as a base when exploring Liverpool.

Lovely hotel in super location

Liked: Very comfortable modern hotel. Room was lovely. Gorgeous shower and bathroom and lovely bed. They accommodated an early check in and were really helpful with everything.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little slow

I liked the hotel but...

Liked: Small and intimate
Disliked: Room service food poor. Every day there was an issue with my room they never bothered to put the breakfast menu in my room I had to phone down every evening to get one, my last night no toilet paper the dustbins hadn’t been emptied and the breakfast tray was still outside my room at 10.00pm
