A good stay in the...

Liked: The price of this stay is good. Bed and pillows comfortable - had a good night stay. Breakfast though not having the most varied selection, it tastes indeed good. Location though not central, it is quiet and no noise nearby.
Disliked: I asked for a pen and paper to the reception, promised to give it to my room in half an hour - no response ever since, I have to get the pen and paper at the reception myself at last.Apart from that, everything good.

Good room, incompetent staff

Liked: Comfy bed, decent wifi (30mbps)
Disliked: The staff only speaks english, including the front office. None of the staff is helpful or friendly.Having breakfast the next morning blew my mind:- staff (including maintenance staff), just got coffee in the restaurant, making guests wait, even finishing all the cups- a senoir staff member taking food from the buffet with her hands and then chewing it with an open mouth, while walking around- refilling buffet cups (like nuts or grenola), in the front, straight from the wholesale packages- foh staff gossiping and checking instagram etc on their phones.If I did any of those in the hotels or restaurants I've worked at (at any level), i would be fired on the spot.

Comfortable stay good for those...

Liked: Very comfortable hotel and helpful staff. Quiet location . Close to the coast and woodland walks.
Disliked: Location not in central Hague though 7 min walk from tram station and regular services to centre. Mainly business area with few hotels but no amenities close by.
