Difficult location to find via...

Liked: Location & free street parking after 18:30 thru 08:30.Located on a quiet street & bedroom windows that open all the way…what a treat for a London hotel. Especially when the heat is cranked-as they do-to compensate for the cold damp outside.
Disliked: So-so small. No elevator for big suitcases & very narrow twisty stairs & corridors.

Liked: Really good situation close to mainline train station. Very clean inside & the hotel staff were very welcoming. It was my husband’s birthday so they gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was lovely & they decorated the room with balloons.
Disliked: The only thing that spoilt the stay was that no one serviced the room despite the sign being up & we were out of the room from 10am til 3pm.

Disliked: Nothing applicable to the property at all. Understandably for a London location there are ongoing building works and traffic etc none of which disturbed my stay.

Liked: The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and facilities were great. It was my birthday and balloons were put in the room with some lovely towel art.The shower was amazing. The location is perfect for St Pancras and Kings Cross. All in all a perfect hotel for a birthday night spent in London
