Not a relaxing stay ,...

Liked: The iconic guitar hotel was a sight to behold , a very nice building and pool area . The hotel and complex was nice too
Disliked: The music in the pool area was extremely loud ‘Ibiza tunes ‘ so you could not relax as there was nowhere to get away from it . All the way through the hotel is the same very disappointing to have that genre of music playing when it’s a rock hotel .. no rock was heard in the 3 days we were there ! Also the air conditioning inside the hotel and restaurants was ridiculously cold making it uncomfortable to sit anywhere, even to eat . When we asked the waitress she said she could not regulate it or turn it down

Disliked: Terrible front staff. They do not care to help, very dismissive. Beatrice, the manager on duty, basically accused me of wanting to charge back a room I had already paid in full for months ago. Issue with new debit card after having fraudulent activity on an old debit card and canceling that one. They wanted to refund and have me pay again...problem? I wouldn't get that original$700 until 3-5 days later! Save your money, book elsewhere, and enjoy yourself. Downtown Hollywood was a very cool area about 20 minutes from hard rock. Cheaper rooms, food, drinks... but cheaper didn't mean less choice or taste!! Had the best drinks and food all over that area. Social Room was so fun! Top tier customer service out that way from all staff we encountered!! Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Go local, not corporate!
