Exceptional

Liked: The smell as I walked through the door made me think I'd followed someone in who was wearing Le Labo fragrance, but then I realised all soaps, shampoos, etc. for guest use were Le Labo. It really is a nice touch.

Fabulous location and kind staff...

Liked: Staff and location were superb. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The bedroom only had ONE night stand (very inconvenient for one of the guests) and assumed there was a coffee maker in the room (website said in room coffee). I really wanted a coffee maker.

Description doesn’t match facilities

Liked: Nice room and hotel lobby
Disliked: Several of the items that were supposed to be in the room were not in it and had to be requested/were unavailable. Also, there is no pool or sauna facilities on site - it is in another hotel five blocks away. Very disappointing

Nice Hotel . Avoid cozy...

Liked: The building is very nice, with beautiful common spaces, and the location is extremely central, making it convenient for exploring the area
Disliked: We stayed in a cozy queen room, but unfortunately, all rooms in this category face the hotel terrace, making them extremely noisy. The rooms are also quite small, with oversized bathrooms that leave the rest of the space feeling cramped. Shockingly, there was no coffee machine in the room. Additionally, there’s no wardrobe, just a small table and a single chair. We requested a room change, but the hotel refused. I strongly recommend avoiding this room category
