Liked: Location, room layout, helpfull staff.
Disliked: The service at the brasserie section.

Liked: Fabulous spacious deluxe room with amazing views from the fifth floor.
Disliked: Could have a kettle in the room to make tea. Also Netflix rather than watching SKY news and terrible local channels.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was excellent and very friendly. I was looking for another place to stay after a horrible experience at another hotel and the staff was friendly enough to show me - not everywhere is like this. No swimming pool or gym but the stay was comfortable enough. The room was very comfortable with everything you need and in the right place. The restaurant was also good with professional staff. You can order room service casually and it feels like home:) It saved my sanity from another horrid stay at another so called 5 star hotel in Vienna.
Disliked: If I had to be critical, I saw some dust on some surfaces (e.g. TV stand, towel rack); the sink could be deeper; and the sink knobs could be less smooth (hard to turn with wet hands); but these are insignificant when the overall stay was so pleasant.
