Unprofessional service and low quality...

Liked: Somebody from the hotel tried to come into our room at 10:30 pm at night. I was asleep and my daughter was half-naked changing into her pajamas. They knocked briefly and then just unlocked the door and tried to come in even shoving their hand between the door jam and the gap because we had put the lock on. Completely rude and unprofessional!! We couldnt get any compensation for this disturbing incident because WE BOOKED THROUGH AND OUTSIDE SERVICE..ie booking.com! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Disliked: I think for the amount of money you pay to stay at the guest house the cost of Graceland tickets should be cheaper if you’re staying there on property.

A must do Hotel, excellent.

Liked: Best Hotel on our trip, we really wanted to hate this place (see below) but couldn't. It was superb. Hotel, rooms, food, entertainment all excellent. Great location for Graceland, great band on the night, free PBJ sarnies and an Elvis movie! Whatever you do make sure you stay here at least once!Easy Parking, transport to Graceland although it was so close we just walked back, took 5 mins. The 2 lads playing and singing on the night were really good and the bar only had one bar tender but never took too long to get served.
Disliked: Had to cancel our room due to the fire at Heathrow and we missed the cancellation deadline so had to pay again to rebook, and whilst other hotels were sympathetic this one wasn't. The location just worked for us so begrudgingly rebooked...so glad we did though.
