Just okay

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and close to Graceland.
Disliked: Customer service was not over the top. The amenities such as room service, coffee in room, and just the so so attitude of the staff was slightly disappointing. Breakfast buffet was ok. Overall it was just okay. Nothing major wrong just disappointing for what we thought would be an outstanding experience (treated like a king, if you will).

Liked: Stunning hotel! Room was spotless, spacious and sheets and mattress were both great quality and so comfortable. The staff was amazing. It was a 5 minute walk to Graceland. Breakfast at Delta's was delicious. Our server was engaging, pleasant and shared some tips for touring Graceland. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Tons of Elvis themed events, drinks, live music, movies and food. Fun PB&J bar at 9pm every night. Shuttle every 30 minutes to the mansion.

Liked: Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom in the room was very large and the shower had two ways to use it. It was really nice. We had a very friendly lady at the concierge desk take our luggage to our room for us. PB & J Bar was a fun addition to our past stays. The lady in the gift shop was very kind to my son and complimented his braids.
Disliked: The Vernon's BBOQ pulled pork sandwich at EP's Bar and Grill was just awful. It looked like chunky cat food and had no taste, except the 5 gallons of BBQ sauce poured on it and the slaw mixed into it. Wasn't worth eating.
