Disliked: Very compact room.Disappointing customer service which would put me off from staying there again.

Disliked: The superior double was tiny! You could barely move. There was nothing superior about it

Relaxing, comfortable and restful.

Liked: Quiet location but close enough to Buckingham palace and st James park tube station to be convenient. Quite understated and discreet externally and very well appointed internally.
Disliked: Was a little dark in the corridors and bathroom door didn’t close properly. A bit too much tech for me; a few light switches rather than touch sensitive icons but these are minor points
