A small 5 star boutique...

Liked: Excellent location. This was a small 5 star unpretentious hotel. Within a 5 minute walk there were many places to eat. Buckingham palace is just a short stroll away and the West End a 25 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Family break

Liked: Situated close to all transport links
Disliked: Whilst they do offer meals but it’s very much an on call system. I don’t think the hotel promotes it very well and as can be seen it’s a facility that’s not used by many.

Very nice stay option!

Liked: Excellent facilities. Very convenient location (St. James Park underground station two minutes away walking, next to Buckingham Palace, Westminster and Victoria Station). Cooperative staff. Very quiet area.
Disliked: Very minor comments really: type of soap could be better, bed could have a bit bigger, complementary water was provided only in first day, no fitness club.Nothing detracts from the experience.

Great location and good value...

Liked: Location Small and private Food good , breakfast was good value ( for London) and dinner a lot better than expected
Disliked: Room size for 5 nights , we should have upgraded ideal for a couple of nights
