Perfect.
Liked: My older son, who is 6 years old, told me he rates the hotel 105 out 10! And cried when we had to leave. He said, mummy I think the Grove is top of my list, I love it even more than Fourseason lol
Disliked: Nothing

Impressive, Pricey Resort With A...
Liked: I stayed here mainly for convenience because it’s located just ten minutes from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour where they shot all the Harry Potter movies. While the resort has some impressive amenities, I did encounter a few setbacks. Upon arrival I waited a little over twenty minutes for my room to be ready. The front desk staff seemed a bit formal and less welcoming than I expected. This was despite numerous texts and calls letting them know exactly when I would be arriving. The fitness center was also challenging – hard to find, with a lengthy walk and a somewhat cumbersome entry process, which limited my motivation to return after one visit. Breakfast at “The Glass House” was a standout, with an extensive buffet, offering nearly anything you could want. However, the bustling atmosphere with businesspeople gave it more of a city “power breakfast” feel than a relaxed resort vibe. All in all, The Grove has a lot to offer, but some of the difficulties tempered my overall experience.

was a good stay.
Liked: Overall the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and nice. Just some incidents that occurred that dampened the stay a little bit.
Disliked: To be honest the hotel seems sunder staffed for a 5 star hotel.

Exceptional
Liked: Staff, food, location
Disliked: No separate shower and Bath tub was very deep with a wide edge making it very difficult (even dangerous because of wet surface ) climbing in/out .I would describe it as mounting a horse. Older people wouldn't be able to use it .definitely needs updating

Surprisingly toddler-friendly and dog-friendly... the...
Liked: -The staff - incredibly kind and generous. When our baby was getting overtired at dinner at The Glasshouse (high-end buffet), they let us load up plates of dessert to take back to our room. They gave her a stuffed animal when we were checking out, and when we did the Kew Gardens afternoon tea in the Lounges, they sent us home with extra scones, despite our toddler and dog being so cheeky the whole time. But just generally everyone we encountered was lovely and really engaging our baby-The Mini Landies experience - no wonder it's their most popular activity for kids, so cute and fun to drive her around the woods!-The children's pool open daily 10am-6pm. This pool was big and 1.2m deep with a small section that was 0.6m deep, with tons of floaties available, and we had it completely to ourselves when we were there. Both the water and the room were super warm-The musical trail - so nice and such a fun activity to walk through the woods with the dog and the baby and get to play the musical instruments! We also enjoyed the walk along the canal with lots of friendly ducks-Breakfasts at the Glasshouse-Our room was a good size and because we had the dog, had convenient direct access to the outside. It came set-up with a cot (even though we didn't request one) and things for the dog (dog bed, treats, poo bags, etc.). We appreciated the huge bathtub and got to enjoy a nice bath with the provided bath salts and bubble bath soap-There was a children's playground-Random one - I didn't need to seek out the public bathroom baby change rooms as we did most of the changing in the room but the one time I changed her near the lobby, it was the nicest pull-down baby change I've ever encountered. Sturdy, really padded and had compartments for storing stuff :)-Were areas we could enjoy some drinks and nibbles with our dog - the bar areas of the Glasshouse and the Stables restaurants + the first room of the Lounges
Disliked: Not a lot of complaints but here were our negatives if we had to call some out:-The lighting was unnecessarily difficult to work in the room. You had a control panel for the bathroom and a control panel for the rest of the room, and instead of being able to turn on/off single lights/lamps (aside from insanely bright sconces by the bed), you had to deal with full lighting schemes, which were NOT ideal for a sleeping baby-Many activities/facilities not open except for holidays as mentioned above-Sometimes being forced to navigate around the golf course when walking back from our nature walks-We were in the west wing ground floor which is a bit weird location-wise because you have to walk through a LOT of conference room areas and people using the building/rooms for professional conventions-We couldn't get a spa booking, so book early!-No family change in the children's pool - only separated into women's/girls' and men's/boys'. Bit tricky when you're dealing with children. Thankfully we were the only ones there so my husband was able to help me
