Very clean; quiet; great neighbourhood; very friendly staff. Would visit again - had a pleasant experience.

Disliked: Very weak wifi signal on 2nd floor; mediocre breakfast; staticy TV.

Liked: Good sized rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was great each morning with lots of options including fresh fruit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Laundry onsite great to do last minute washing

Have a friend in Arbor...

Liked: Lower pressure on the shower. Too often these shower controls do not control the pressure which is often too high and a waste of water. The one at the Grove was just right.
Disliked: The bath should have had a vent as the whole room was steamed after the shower.

Disliked: There is no microwave!! I went to the store to buy dinner and came back to the room and found no microwave oven to heat the dinner. Every other place I stayed had a microwave oven.

Great for a night or...

Liked: The staff was really friendly and the bed was very comfortable. This was exactly what I needed for the night!
Disliked: No major complaints. Maybe a wider breakfast selection, but that wasn't a big issue.
