Very clean; quiet; great neighbourhood; very friendly staff. Would visit again - had a pleasant experience.

Disliked: Very weak wifi signal on 2nd floor; mediocre breakfast; staticy TV.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

Liked: Lots of breakfast options. Loved the newspapers and real cutlery.
Disliked: Coffee was lukewarm, no big deal as there are Keurigs in the rooms. Lots of single use packaging - could be improved. Bagels are pretty low rent.

Obvious improvements have been made;...

Liked: Our room was very clean
Disliked: Furnishings need enhancing. Need better comforters….the current “comforter” is a microfiber….flat, no padding.Overall appearance of roomIs very plain, bare and cold.
