The experience, your family won't...

Liked: This is one of the best experiences with family without stepping off the premises. This water park has everything that an adult and child can ask for. This, by far, is a 10 out of 10.

5star pricing for mediocre property

Liked: We stayed at The Terraces & I was NOT impressed at all!! The shower was DISGUSTING!! It had hair from the previous occupantsOur bathroom’s shower gel & hand wash were emptyThe bed linen was dirty… like skid marks maybe from a sunburn that was peeling… good thing we brought our ownThe phone didn’t work… thank heavens we didn’t need anything or had an emergencyDidn’t like the fact you can rent the same pool chairs that are already available… only difference is the rented ones come with a cooler & of course you aren’t fighting for them because you paid for themThe food was half decent… the Starbucks there was good… the front desk was phenomenal!! All the staff & faculty was really nice & knowledgeable

Liked: Long wait to check in stood in line almost 2hours in line, , dishwasher didn't clean, bathrooms were closed at the same time in the pool, the ice maker wasn't turned on when arrived and was told that we could buy one downstairs. Long wait time on pizza order.

Liked: The Grove resort was amazing place and everything was 10 to 10

Liked: the room was clean and nice. Just older furnishing and the floor by the refrigerator needs to be fix

Horrible

Disliked: I ate at Valencia restaurant was food poisoned. Had to go to Er the 2nd day. I was extremely sick 2 days. Trip was horrible. Never will be returning!! I dint even go the Disneyworld!! This place should not be associate with Disney !!! This place is not clean enough or sanitary!!

Would stay again but needs...

Liked: I like the privacy of the apartments. You can throw yourself into the hotel experience or keep yourself to yourself depending on what you like. The apartments are a good size for big families.
Disliked: Unfortunately it wasn't as clean as last time we stayed. There was hair in the shower and a dirty tissue under the sofa. There wasn't as many accessories in the apartment as last time such as no sweeping brush. Finally the room was not furnished as in the pictures. We had an older apartment and lots of the furniture was dated.
