Liked: Fantastic location, a minute from Plymouth Hoe promenade. Staff were welcoming, highly professional and extremely helpful. Bathroom shower became comfortably hot very quickly, had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Shower was easy to use.
Disliked: My single room was really quite basic and on the small side of "really quite small". Older style building has no lifts and not suited to the physically infirm or the less energetically inclined if one's room happens to be near the top. V limited parking available on a first come, first served basis and metered on street parking is fairly expensive.
