A classic hotel in poor...

Liked: Both receptionists that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. By far the best thing about our experience! The location is also good.
Disliked: The hotel is in need of a renovation and/or a thorough deep cleaning. The rooms and facilities are dated, worn and dirty. There were hairs and stains in our "clean" towels, the carpet was stained, the floor creaked loudly in some parts, the shower flooded the bathroom floor, etc.

Liked: We love to stay here. It's just a grand old lady and right downtown. Great parking across the street
Disliked: Heater in the room is a bit marginal. Barely alive.
