Disappointing

Disliked: No reception, lift broken, ice machine not working, restaurant closed, dark inside when we got there - bit like being in a Stephen King novel. Access all done via PIN number as are so are many other places on mountain now. Did not know we would be in the basement.

Very happy with this place,...

Liked: The location was perfect for what we were doing. The Griz was very accommodating with our needs. The pool was excellent and the hot tub was clean but not quite warm enough
Disliked: The exit door of the hotel was a little hard to open

Not good, dirty and uncomfortable

Liked: Location was nice but only because of the ski hill and surrounding areas
Disliked: The passcode on my door to unlock quit working and would not let me in the room, no staff on site to let me in and very hard to contact someone to get a person over to Let me into my room 45 mins later I get let in. Not ideal when you are staying for work and have to get up yearly in the morning. Uncomfortable beds and dirty carpet in hotel. Would not stay again and waste my money
