Liked: The staff were welcoming and the bed was comfortable with clean linen & towels.
Disliked: No reply to 3 requests via booking’s messaging about early checkin. Nor to voice message left when locked out! I arrived at 11 and it was all locked up and no key ne was home! No central heating working so very cold on arrival later that evening. Electric heater in room worked but noisy. Room above pub and outdoor smoking area so loud music till after midnight and loud conversations all evening (single glazed window).Tap dripping in bathroom basin for the 48 hour stay. No water pressure in shower. No shower gel, shampoo, tissues or hairdryer. Just handwash at basin & in shower. Nespresso machine covered in calc so I cleaned before use. I believe the pub is under new ownership so I just would like them to increase cleanliness and hospitality level and for them to pay attention to detail otherwise their business will not succeed. I wish them well but tbh it was not a pleasant stay.

Disliked: It was very sad that there was a plumbing leak and the area around the reception had buckets to catch drips from ceiling, awaiting a plumber.There was a background humming sound all night from ?electrical equipment.

Disliked: Buckets everywhere due to a leak, check out was 8:30 yet breakfast not service until 8am. I was not given a front door fob however I was promised someone would call when they found one. Luckily and unknown to me others from my company were staying there too and let me in or I would have been sleeping in -1 in the car park.
