Good Hotel .

Liked: ...excellent location one block from the station for all transportation. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very delicious.

Functional but soul-destroying hotel very...

Liked: Easy walk to Paddington for Heathrow express. Hotel is in a line of other small hotels. Staff were friendly, checkin and out quick. Shower - when I wrestled the knobs into place - was hot and powerful. Room was clean - strong smell of chlorine. Toiletries provided.
Disliked: The room was tiny, dated… the bed had a lumpy mattress, rolled around as you got on and off it. One thin pillow provided and I found another in the wardrobe. With the window closed the room was too hot, with it slightly open I was woken by street noises during the night. Coffee cup didn’t look clean. Breakfast starts at 7.30 which feels late for an airport hotel!

Superb Hotel

Liked: A lovely hotel in an ideal location only 250mtrs from Paddington Station. The staff were excellent, friendly and always available if you needed anything. Big shout out to DJ and her sister (sorry can't remember her name).I required an early breakfast which was very kindly made available to me.I had a long wait for my train ack to Scotland and the staff allowed me to leave my luggage to collect later.Many thanks to all at the Gresham Hotel for a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend and stay again.
