Gregorian Hotel location is great,...

Liked: Great location, comfortable beds, large room by NYC standards and very clean! We loved it and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: We wished that they had coffee available in the room or the lobby.

Liked: Beds were amazing and the rooms were very nice. The staff were incredible.
Disliked: Hot water took a long time (20 minutes) to get to temperature

Liked: It was pretty much as advertised. Clean room, friendly staff. In the heart of Manhattan.
Disliked: The hotel lacked amenities and a level of service I would have expected at the price they charge. For instance, my partner and I were there for a celebration and my brother & sister in law called the hotel to ask if they could have a bottle of champagne delivered to the room. My brother apparently offered a bunch of different options (including, for example, my brother having a bottle of champagne delivered to the concierge so that the front desk person literally only had to take the elevator to the room to hand it to us), and the concierge was absolutely adamant that there was no way this could happen. Additionally, the Gregorian does not offer any sort of airport shuttle service. For more than $400/night...you would think they could take care of these pretty basic requests you would expect out of a nice hotel.
