Relaxing stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, really good spa and massage treatments, the room was well decorated and large. The staff were very welcoming and courteous/professional and the whole place was a relaxing place to be. The location was also good being only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Cheltenham and within 30-40 minutes of Broadway, Stow on the Wold and Bourton On the Water
Disliked: The only niggle we had was that the mattress could have been firmer but we didn't mention it

Liked: A lovely place to spend a couple days, nice and relaxing. The staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
Disliked: A few things not working right in the spa area. Solarium not working, some features in the pool not working and no bubbles in the hot tub.

Exceptional

Liked: The most beautiful hotel, a short distance away from Cheltenham. Lovely staff, amazing food, beautiful rooms and a wonderful spa.
Disliked: Can't complain about anything!
