Not good!!!!!

Liked: Nothing, the bed was comfortable, but there was no blanket or a duvet
Disliked: The person at the check-in desk was rather rude. I was late checking in, but I had called beforehand and advised that.I would be late.When I called ahead of time, I wanted to confirm that I had previously asked for a ground floor room. I got a room that was up about 14 steps, cement steps at that. I was amazed that there were no cups in the room. There was no place to hang clothes. There were no luggage racks. There was no Kleenex, not a big deal but usually find in a hotel motel room. The room was very sparse. There was no heat. I could not find a thermostat or a way to turn the heat on if there was heat available, I called to the front desk And asked if someone could bring me a cup for me to take my medication. I did not have a cup with me as usually there is one or two in the room as well as a coffee pot and some coffee cups. Not so in this room. And I forgot to mention that when I arrived at the motel around 11:30, I could not find my way in. There was a gate that was over the entrance. I then called the motel and he said he would open the gate for me, I couldn’t believe how difficult this was to get into the motel and into my room as I was tired and I did not Appreciate these inconveniences. I realize the motel was reasonably priced and that’s why I chose it as I was on a budget this weekend. But I did not realize what poor quality it was. I will never stay there again.

Disliked: Booked for a deluxe king. Received a double bed. Bait and switch. Sheets weren't up to standard. Had stains on them. The other bed was decent. Didn't sleep well and just dealt with it because it was late and I was tired. I didn't feel the room clean.
