Liked: staff were really friendly; renovated bathrooms were nice and roomy and clean; extra effort made to give me two towels;
Disliked: Better security in the room if the window to verandah roof could latch; mattress was not great; coffee spoon was sticky - not a good sign;

Disliked: I would have like to have paid cash for my room but was told we don't except cash, bank card only as we use it as a form of identification even though I showed my driver's license for my Identification.

Liked: The room was comfortable
Disliked: I didn't like that when the person who gave me the keys arrived, She took my card and my ID and was late with my documents... She told me that he was doing it to be able to pay for the room and verify my identity. I was distrustful that She took my payment card. They should do it in front of one.Another thing: the sink had a lot of hair.
