Great location. Nice old building....

Liked: Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Heating worked well. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Shower head was leaking. Shower plug hole was blocked. No Fridge. TV was quite small for size of room.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and in a good location.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that our room, Wych Elm, was next to the kitchen. It was noisy with the staff opening and closing the cupboards and using the kitchen.

Liked: Very nice room, good location. Parking.
Disliked: Only thing I marked it down for was that there wasn't a lock on the inside of the room. The door would be locked from the outside, but I personally like that extra bit of security when staying somewhere on my own, and this is the first hotel where there hasn't been something like this

Lovely hotel with an amazing...

Liked: Lovely room, friendly staff and the restaurant was amazing..best meal we have had for a long time.Room had everything you would need, very clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice with a walk in shower. Nice bar area downstairs with a good choice of cocktails. Definitely would recommend eating in the Arbor Restaurant as the food was amazing.
