Comfortable but basic stay in...

Liked: Convenient location, check in and facilities. Room was comfortable and quiet enough. Was reasonable value for what I paid, but would have been annoyed if the rates had been much higher (which they often are)
Disliked: The building and furnishings are very basic and tired; whole place is due for an overhaul. Beds were hard and linen was cheap.
