Liked: We had no hot water on the first night. I complained about it first thing in the morning and they stated that maintenance would be in shortly to look at it. I was expecting it to be fixed by the time we got back in the evening. I went to go check the water on the second night and it had not been taken care of. I went to the desk again, maybe they would switch our rooms, in hopes that a hot shower was in our future. Nope, no open rooms so no hot water again. My daughter had just finished day 2 of dance competitions and was in need of a shower badly. No help was given at all or any consolation for the trouble that we had faced. Maybe this isn't a problem for some, but when you want a home away from home with practical amenities, there should be some sort of gesture from the responsible party.

Liked: The room was nice. The room was also clean. I would go back when the hotel was not under construction to see if things could be better.
Disliked: The building was under construction and there was a mess everywhere. The staff was not trying to clean anything up. I seen multiple maids walk around mess in the elevator. It was also really loud.
