Unique accommodation for a stay...

Liked: Excellent location to enjoy food and shopping in Ponsonby. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Penthouse room was a bit special. Quirky and characterful.
Disliked: We were a bit worried we were waking the rooms underneath us with the creaky floor boards, but you get that in an old villa!

Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast disappointing, slow and disorganised. Communication poor.

In the heart of Ponsonby...

Liked: Walking distance to Ponsonby for shops, restaurants, cafes. We arrived mid morning and were given an early check in as our room was ready, much appreciated.
Disliked: Don’t expect modern and streamlined. It felt like we were staying in our grandmothers house! Definitely not our style so wouldn’t stay here again. Room had a musty smell to it and the bed not comfortable.
