Lovely stay with a few...

Liked: Really liked the location - within walking distance to everything. The room was well appointed, especially liked the 'fireplace' and the separate lounge area. Bathroom was very spacious and lovely. The hotel breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected to have a few items in the room like water and a few other amenities. I understand that they were available at the front desk but there is no internal staircase to access the lobby. Walls and floor super thin, stay on the topmost floor if you can.

Meh the staff was great...

Disliked: No parking for all rooms. Had to pay for parking separately a couple blocks away. So it really brought the value down. The staff was really polite and friendly , they said they only have parking for 75% of the rooms. Well it was unfortunate that they advertised free parking then didn’t have it.

Liked: They made us feel comfortable when we felt we may have booked a hotel outside our usual level of accommodation. (Aka, fancier than usual.)Also, breakfast was amazing.

Liked: We missed the free drink and socializing in the great room as we got in kind of late next time going to be there early to enjoy the fun times downstairs. The breakfast was amazing the room was nice and clean. We booked the upstairs Suite with the hot tub in the room it was awesome.
Disliked: I want to be able to stop in there on the way home some night and have a drink with who's ever staying it would be nice
