Liked: Lovely location and the staff I spoke with were lovely
Disliked: Cold water and unable to turn bedside lamps off without taking key out so had to have lights on all night for my son Also stated soundproof rooms which is incorrect

Liked: Prefer 2 pillows each on bed, only had one eachNo tea/coffee/kettle in room. No bottled water in room

Liked: Absolutely exceptional staff nothing too much bother for them. Lovely clean spacious room had everything you needed.
Disliked: Bed a wee bit soft for my liking but not a complaint.

Liked: A visit to Falkirk to see the Wheel & The Kelpies. Both the hotel and the attractions were exceptional.

Average, with friendly staff.

Liked: Food was very good at a reasonable price, disappointing not to be able to take dogs into the restaurant so had to eat in the bar by ourselves. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was clean but could do with updating. Flush the toilet and it makes a loud noise which must disturb everyone around. Fan stays on in the bathroom for ages after the light is turned off. Room was cold when we arrived and the electric radiator made lots of noise and took ages to heat the room. Bathroom was dated and shower wasn't great.
