Absolutely fantastic place to stay...

Liked: We were happily greated by the owner when we arrived. He was very friendly and had great hospitality. He showed us around while taking us to our rooms, giving us the history behind the whole place. We loved that they gave us a tour of the whole hotel, telling us the stories of this place and even showing us pictures from what it looked like before. We loved that they had a complimentary breakfast, coffee and drinks of many varieties. We were even giving a bottle of wine on the house. They offered to get us anything that we may need and always made sure to check up on us. The effort that they put into the place to keep it clean and welcoming is very shown. The hospitality and atmosphere there was excellent and we did not have any bad experiences with our stay there.

Liked: It is spotlessly clean and so luxurious! Beautifully decorated with art and items from Europe and Eastern Asia. The owners are wonderful! Friendly and very knowledgeable. They will do anything to make you comfortable.

Felt like I was living...

Liked: Just an absolute EXTRAORDINARY property with GREAT location in regards to downtown Greensburg. I can PERSONALLY attest to the fact that the owners of this amazing property are PASSIONATE about ensuring their guests have the BEST experience they can possibly have.
Disliked: I personally would have liked a small TV in the room BUT, I understand that this amazing property really is meant for people looking for tranquility, relaxation and to be pampered, and not spend all day in their room watching TV. There was a HUGE screen TV in the common eating area.

Liked: We were more than pleased with the employees and the wonderful interaction with the owners.We were treated like royalty from the moment we checked in.I will be returning in the future.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that could possibly make our visit better.

Liked: The staff went out of their way to make sure you were treated like royalty and the room made you feel that way. Tony even gave us a tour and history of the mansion and his wife made an exceptional breakfast for us.
