Relaxing and lots of areas...

Liked: Breakfast was extensive with lots of choices.
Disliked: Late check out and honesty with desk staff regarding occupancy of room after we left. Resort was virtually empty the day we left yet were told the room wasn't available for late checkout. We left 5 hours after checkout time and room was still unoccupied. Lack of pool towel availability. Workout area locked from 9p to 9a.

Wasn't worth the hassle I'm...

Liked: It's clean, served breakfast.
Disliked: I paid with cashapp on booking.com. I paid 169 dollars and had to put more cash on my card so the next debit was 444.21 so at end of my stay I should have gotten 100 back from incidentals deposit. It's now 12/9 and I still don't have that 100 back. Resort says it's cashapp and cashapp says it's resort. I'm currently disputing it with cashapp. Very annoyed.

Nice location, nice welcoming space...

Liked: The location is great, some parts of the hotel are nice including the pools, hot tubs and gardens.
Disliked: The breakfast could be improved, no consistent 'fresh breakfast' apart from fruit (except one morning out of 7 which had eggs and sausages). Our room was one of the older buildings that has not been upgraded yet, so felt over priced compared to the quality.

I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: I wish they had a bar yo buy drinks
Disliked: There was only one hot tub working ! There was not much of a crowd
