Liked: It was an amazing experience. The building has been skillfully renovated to its former glory by Paul and Brendon. It was like stepping back into the 19th century with all the conveniences of the 21st century. The Hosts Paul and Brendon were great.Paul is like a walking encyclopedia on the history of the Grand and its previous occupants. Brendon is a brilliant Chef, the breakfast was magnificent, and a master decorator. His skills are on display through out the Grand on Macfie.

Liked: Lovely grand old house. Great staff. Breakfast was well presented. View of the river and Ferries. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a decent size, plenty of space for 2. Nice lounge area with added bonus of an evening port. Close proximity to centre.
Disliked: The shower could have been bigger.

Liked: There were plenty of options for breakfast and it was delicious! The building and rooms were beautiful and full of history yet were still very comfy and cozy to stay in! Thank you again!
