Disliked: Need to ask manager to turn on heat for the indoor pool and spa. Takes a while...also in our spa bath, when we turned on the pump blue stuff (maybe old cleaning liquid) and dead insects flooded the bath, It was gross

Liked: I was late checking in and the staff stayed there till I arrived. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy.
Disliked: Only issue was with the shower. Water pressure was way to high I couldn't stand directly under the water. I was left with bruising on my back.

Easy to stay at, but...

Liked: It was very close to the job we were doing at the time.Close to restaurants.
Disliked: The room was spacious, however, you can hear through the walls, ie loud volume on neighbouring television.We had an interiors room, so there were no windows except for the skylight which did not help.

Disliked: We booked one of best rooms with windows spa bath and paid extra so be no issues but we’re very disappointed ☹️ Rude reception staff as was upset as I reported the handle in spa bath get in out I almost went for six he just put his head down ignored me… than when we came back in arvo said can’t get anyone fix it (we stayed 3 days still didn’t get fixed)Filthy room mouldy windows, hair in the spa and black marks in spa bath etc!Extremely noisy AC let alone the box A/C in room has 1 on each side all other a/c made the room very hard to get a good sleep Also every time any room in hallway shut there doors our wall that bed was up against would shake which made it really hard sleepPlace needs painting updating eg lights walls windows etc as rusting etc All in all an extremely horrid stay which left me feeling tired and ripped off. I took photos to show the truth as I believe they will just say crap and push blame on me rather taking ownership of poor shape of these rooms☹️☹️
