We had a noise problem from other guests, so they moved our room. They were all very good and understanding, though it appeared that the noisy guests had created problems on other nights and police were called out. So why, when knowing that they had a guest issue we were put in a room by the problem, I'm unsure but we were moved very quickly. Decor was a bit hit and miss in some areas and cleaning was an issue. Breakfast was wonderful. if a little slow, but great choice.

Liked: The hole hotel was amazing , staff were super friendly and greeted how we should have been , Location was brilliant also 14 mins walk from the town centre , if we was going by train its on top of the station exit . There is a car park on the same stretch of the hotel , the room was even better than myself and my husband had expected it was clean , smelt fresh and everything was how it should have been in a room . Breakfast choice was also better than most hotels have to offer

Liked: On arrival a little early was told abruptly by the girl in reception that check in wasn't until 3 pm and never asked if we wanted to put our luggage in storage until our return thought this was a bit unprofessional and rude at breakfast we were told to sit on a sofa until he could find us a table there were plenty of empty tables then he forgot about us only had 15 minutes left to order and eat
