Just what I needed….rest and...

Liked: Lovely quiet room…Heated bathroom…bathrobe…Water and coffee in room…Art in lobby…Breakfast….
Disliked: Would have liked fruit at breakfast…other than apples!

Adorable hotel with far too...

Liked: Beautiful property. Great breakfast but no where to eat it…. Great location
Disliked: Most unfriendly staff. They don’t speak or look at you. No where to eat breakfast. Suite was very small. TV was small and couldn’t stream on it. Bathroom door and door to the room were very difficult to close and open. Rand B and Rap music playing in the lobby. I wouldn’t go back there.

Liked: Hardly any choices left and no hot water for tea
Disliked: Needed a chair in the room plugs s few housekeeping issues

Liked: The location was perfect as it was near shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have used extra towel bars for hanging up used towels and cloths.
Disliked: We were charged an extra $50 to our 2nd day (ck out day) in anticipation of addl charges. That is unacceptable. We now have to wait 3-5 days for the extra charge to be refunded. No one at the front desk to greet us on registration.

Our anniversary night started off with frustration and disappointment.

Disliked: We could not get in to the hotel they lock the doors to the lobby at check in time which is 5 oclock pm. They ask that you drive across town to another hotel for assistance and then redirect you back to the same location which is still locked. Frustrated we chose to wait in the hotel restaurant around the corner only to find that our keys were in the restaurant at their reception stand. The whole process left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Poor management practices and customer service.
