Liked: The accessible room was lovely and clean and comfortable, and staff was helpful.
Disliked: My husband needs to use handicapped parking. Their one stall in the underground parking is not remotely useable for a wheelchair or walker as it's the same size as all other spots. Even if they took FOUR parking stalls by the elevators and turned them into TWO handicapped stalls it would make life much more accessible for people who need them. It would also be so much easier to get through the two doors from the vehicle to the elevator if there was a button to automatically open the doors - would greatly assist with accessibility for physically handicapped people, babies in strollers, AND those with a lot of luggage. There was a great deal of snow overnight and the outside ramp from the underground parking wasn't shoveled or salted (to be fair, it wasn't slippery at the time we left) - that caused me concern when it was time to leave (all schools were closed that day because driving conditions were awful).

Liked: I left something behind that was important and I got a phone call in a several hours telling me I left it behind and that they would hold it for me and I could pick it up. I picked it up two days later and everything was there. Was very grateful
Disliked: Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very elegant would stay again.
