Well located hotel, room had...

Liked: The location, heritage building, generally clean, walking distance to central launceston, easy, straightforward parking onsite.
Disliked: I got in late and there was no toilet paper in the whole room - nothing spare. Felt like this was a fair oversight. The bathroom had a pretty fowl smell coming from it - I think this may have been coming from the toilet brush. The shower head in the bathroom wouldn't stay up and there was an issue controlling the hot water. Sometimes it would be fine, sometimes the only option was near-boiling hot water regardless of where the mixer was set.
