Liked: The room was beautifully presented and really clean. The bathroom was amazing... Very large , huge spa, separate shower and double basins in the vanity unit. The reception staff were really helpful. It was a bonus that there was a quest laundry and free parking. The Grand has so much character and the most comfortable bed of our whole Tassie trip.

Liked: Liked the size of the room
Disliked: The first room asigned,the air condition didn't work. A portable one was in the room but cold air come out the front and hot air out the back so the room was too hot.Requested another room the next day, air conditioner worked but the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work. Hope it get fixed.

Liked: Clean big family room. Kids loved the spa bath.
Disliked: Pillows were not comfortable

Liked: The winning trifecta of gorgeous accommodation, friendly staff who went above & beyond and a mind blowing 3 course dinner at Luz restaurant will see us coming back to Tassie & predominantly Launceston, very, VERY soon! Thank you.
Disliked: Nothing. I only wish I had found this gorgeous place sooner. Have added as our favourite for next time we visit Tassie.
